MINISTRY DIRECTOR
Janet Pearson
Janet is first and foremost a servant of Jesus Christ. She is passionate about challenging today's youth to raise the bar of purity in EVERY area of life and loves imparting vision to DREAM BIG, step out in faith, and fulfill your unique God-given purpose.
Born and raised in Lancaster City, she married her Jr High sweetheart Mike in 2001, and together they have 4 amazing children. She graduated from J.P McCaskey HS and PA College of Health Sciences. The Pearson family resides in Baltimore, Maryland where they pastor, In the Light Baltimore Church.

Rebecca Cintron
Becca is lovingly known as the "Director of all things Beautiful" at BJM. She is a true servant of the Lord with a heart to serve everyone around her.
She and her husband Angel have been married since 2004 and faithfully serve their beautiful family of; 3 children, 2 step-children & 5 grandchildren. She graduated from Manheim Central HS & PA College of Health Sciences. The Cintron family resides in Lancaster, PA.
MARKETING DIRECTOR
Maria Bryce
Maria and Bryan have been married since 1996. Their son Benjamin, 24, attends Vanderbilt University and Ellie, 22, attends Marymount University. The Bryce family has served with COBYS since 2016 and experienced the amazing JOY of providing respite foster care for 30 children. Maria's life verse is Jeremiah 17:7-8, because when we are rooted in Jesus we know HE is the source of our strength, and through Him, we can love others and do our best to bring joy and peace to this broken world!
Maria is a graduate of Lancaster Catholic HS, PA College of Heath Sciences, and earned her BS in Healthcare Admin from Lebanon Valley College. The Bryce family resides in Lancaster, PA.
